The Context (or concordance) report is our default search results format option. The Context report indicates the number of texts searched, search terms used, and the total number of occurrences found. Each occurrence is displayed in a short citation containing the author's name, title of the work, and a reference to where the term in question occurs within the work, including links to the relevant page number, paragraph, and section. Below this short citation, you will find the term highlighted in red within a passage of text. By showing the term's placement within a longer passage, one can quickly recognize the context of the term. The search terms are also highlighted in red when you click on a link to a page, paragraph, or section. The bottom of the report contains a results bibliography, which includes full references for the short citations.
