i recd youre kind letter of Jan the 29 and was truly glad to here from you onse more, I have nothing of great importince to rite at this time, you wish to now if the letter that Mr Crawford sent you contained the whole of the book of Cronicles, [1] it containd all of the Cronicles that Abraham Lincoln wrote on the ocasion of the weding, but he rit other Cronicles conserning other people, i have ben conversing with some of Mr Lincoln old friends they say he rit manny Cronicles but i cannot learn the particular a bout them, i wish to now as neare as you can inform me when youre history of the life of our friend Lincoln wil be published as
