Note from page 376: 1. Turnham seems to be confusing two Halls. Levi Hall and Nancy Hanks Hall, AL's aunt, died in Indiana. Their son, Squire Hall, married AL's stepsister, Matilda Johnston, and they moved to Illinois with the Lincolns in 1831.
