My Dear Sir,

Your very kind note of 29 June was duly recd — I thank you for the advice — good and true — contained therein, and will strive to profit by it.

The information I give — Thos Lincoln bot of Dr John T. Slator, 238 Acres of Land, and sold 200 Acres of same to Chas. Milton — He paid Slator 118 Pounds for the land, and sold the 200 Acres for 100 Pounds — Leaving 38 Acres unsold, and which I suppose still belongs to the Lincoln's, as I can see no deed of conveyance recorded here —

If this is not definite enough — or is not all you wish to Know. write again, and as often as necessary. I will reply with pleasure —
