Nov. 29th 1866 Dr. Lloyd Dentist Says Just before Lincoln left for Washington I met him on the Street, and Knowing that he had received many threatening letters of assassination &c, I suggested to him the propriety of care caution told him he had better take a cook from his own true & tried female acquaintances here: Mr Lincoln said I will be cautious, but God's will be done.
