Lincoln farm Larue Co. Ky Feb 18th 66.

The Lincoln farm the birth birth place of A B. Lincoln is situated three miles south of Hodgenville and one mile west of Inyards old farm Thomas Lincoln married in this neighborhood bought this farm lived on it six or seven years failed to pay for it and moved to knob creek 10 miles north of this farm to a farm now owned by [Mr?] Rapier I do not know whether he bought that farm (he built a house there) on the farm.

I new Thomas Lincoln he was called Linkhorn but know nothing about the History of him or his family Therefore I can write nothing only what I have been told by early settlers here I do not know why he left this stat he was an honorable respectable man here.
