These are to certify that each and every of the persons hereinafter named, to wit: Matthew Steel, Johannes Perry, Isaac G. Blawvelt, Jacob C. Ackerson, Kals Bogard, Gisebert K. Bogard, Dennes Sneeding, Robert Sneeding, Jessey Sneeding, Samuel Sneeding, William Sneeding, George Man, and Jacob Gissenar, inhabitants of the Town of Orange, and every one of them of full age, have refused and neglected to sign the General Association.
