CONNECTICUT BILLS OF CREDIT.

New-York, July 10, 1775.

We, the subscribers, sensible of the advantages derived from the trade of the Province of Connecticut, and desirous of giving their Bills of Credit a currency equal to these of the other neighbouring Colonies, do promise and oblige ourselves to receive the same in all payments whatsoever.
