The Committee appointed to consider a Resolve of the Committee of Safety, relative to several Horses taken from the enemy, reported. The Report was accepted, and is as follows, viz:

Whereas, four Horses were taken by Captain Brown, of Salem, and a party with him, at or near Charlestown Neck, and some disputes having arisen whose property said Horses should be; therefore,

Resolved, That the said Horses be delivered into the hands of Captain Brown aforesaid, until the further order of this Congress, or some future House of Representatives of this Colony, to whom he is to be accountable for the same.
