Message to the President:
"MAY IT PLEASE YOUR EXCELLENCY: Your Excellency' s messages of the 17th instant having been referred to a Committee, they made a report thereon, to which the House agreed; a copy of which report we herewith send your Excellency."
Ordered, That the Message be engrossed, and that Mr. Speaker do sign the same.
Ordered, That Colonel Pinckney and Captain Roger Smith do carry the said Message and the two preceding ones to the President.
