Title: Letter from Benedict Arnold, Commander at Ticonderoga, to the Albany Committee. On the 13th captured the Garrison at St. John's, and took a King's Sloop of seventy tons, on his return he met one Colonel Allen, with a party for St. John's, who were attacked and defeated by the Regulars. Requests Seamen and Powder may be sent him.
